RJAPEX Agency is run by Olaoluwa Olumide. This page explains what information I collect through rjapexpublishing.com and how I use it.
What I collect
When you use the contact form, I receive the details you enter: your name, email address, company, book title, book link, service and message. Messages typed into the site's automated assistant stay in your browser and are not sent to me, so use WhatsApp, email or the form to reach me. I don't use advertising trackers on this site.
How I use it
Only to reply to you, prepare a quote, and carry out work you agree to. I never sell, rent or share your details or your manuscript with anyone, and I never add you to a mailing list without your permission.
Your manuscript
Files you send are used only for your project. They are never published, never shared with third parties, and never uploaded to AI tools for training. You can ask me to delete your files at any time, including once the work is finished.
How long I keep it
Enquiry emails are kept while we're in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. Project files are deleted on request.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you, or ask me not to contact you again. Email olaoluwaolumide@rjapexpublishing.com and I'll respond within a few business days.
